Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days. If more than 7 days have transpired since your purchase, we regret that we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in the identical condition as when you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, an email will be dispatched to notify you about the arrival of your returned item. Subsequently, we will also inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before your refund appears in your account.
- Reach out to your bank. Refunds might have a processing period before being reflected.

We only offer refunds on regular-priced items. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@tvstore247.com}
Gifts
If the item was not identified as a gift during the purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves for later gifting to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, informing them about the return.
